This circuit style class uses mixed modalities each week to ensure you get the most effective, scalable, fun workout you can. Expect to use dumbbells, barbells, TRX, & bodyweight in any given class. Modifications are always offered which makes this experience perfect for all levels. We provide the movements, you choose the intensity. Come as you are and let’s crush some goals!


box FIT FLOW

Designed for all abilities, these dynamic workouts increase stamina and power. As flexibility is a marker of strength, alternate rounds of conditioning with active recovery flow for a unique approach to full-body movement. This high-intensity workout is a fun way to release stress! Get boxing basics and learn foundations to yoga that leaves you feeling great. Expect to bring focus to how you breath and move each class.

A fun total body challenge combining boxing rounds with strength and conditioning movements. All levels welcome, no boxing experience needed!


box h.i.i.t.

Short rounds, shorter rests, and lots of punches in this 60 minute H.I.I.T. class. Boxing basics paired with functional exercises and powerful movements. 30, 40, and 60 second rounds will carry you to the end of the fight, where the class will end with an exercise-specific guided stretch. All abilities welcome!   


All Levels Strength & Conditioning

This 45 minute class covers the foundational components of functional strength and conditioning. This class will develop your athletic qualities with progressive jumps, throws, sprints, Olympic lifting, single leg training, and evidence bases conditioning.

The Graston Technique is a form of manual therapy known as soft-tissue instrument-assisted mobilization. This manual therapy approach uses instruments with a specialized form of massage of, “scraping” the skin gently. It is successful in effectively treating soft tissue conditions ranging from training recovery, chronic and acute pain to post surgical pain. Graston will help reduce inflammation, increase circulation and blood flow to the area, and improve range of motion.
